Bryan Gaylor

Bryan Gaylor is an experienced executive with more than 30 years of leadership in real estate, public affairs, finance, and operations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Real Estate & Public Affairs in Atlanta, where he managed a portfolio of approximately 900 leases and led strategic development and legislative initiatives across Georgia. Bryan played a key role in expanding Atlanta’s digital billboard network and driving significant revenue growth. He also held leadership roles in the industry and co-founded a technology consulting firm focused on state agency modernization.

He earned his MBA from Rollins College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University.
