Chris Ambrogi
Chris Ambrogi is an Associate Broker specializing in new development opportunities and lease negotiations for SignValue’s clients, including Norfolk Southern and Walmart. He brings a strong foundation in finance to the commercial real estate industry, having previously worked in the financial services sector before transitioning into brokerage and development.
Chris has played a key role in the growth of high-value out-of-home advertising assets across the Philadelphia and New York DMAs, leveraging a strategic, data-driven approach to maximize results. He holds a degree in Business and Economics from Franklin & Marshall College.
Outside of work, Chris and his wife enjoy hitting the open road in their campervan to explore the country’s National Parks. He’s also a golf and tennis enthusiast, a part-time background actor in several TV series, and a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan with an unapologetic love for buffalo chicken wraps.
