Clear Channel Outdoor (CCO) has announced its Q2 2025 financial results, reflecting healthy growth across their airport and digital assets business.

Key Highlights:

Revenue & Digital Growth:

  • Quarterly Revenue: CCO posted $303.1 million in revenue from its America segment for Q2 2025, up 4.4% compared to Q2 2024.
  • Airport Advertising: Airport revenue rose to $99.7 million, marking a 15.6% increase year-over-year, with national sales contributing 59.3% of that total.
  • Digital Expansion: Digital revenue climbed 11.1%, reaching $113.8 million, up from $102.4 million. Airport digital revenue led the charge, surging 31.5% to $63.5 million from $48.3 million in Q2 2024.

Financial Metrics:

  • Site Lease Expense: Overall site lease expenses accounted for 31.1% of revenue, a 1.9% increase compared to the same period last year.
  • Lease Cost Growth: Airport Site lease expenses rose 13.4%, from $52.8 million in Q2 2024 to $59.9 million, primarily due to increased revenue. This Lease Cost represents 60% of their Airport revenue.

Strategic & Operational Insights:

  • Adjusted EBITDA grew by 7.7%, underscoring solid operational execution and margin discipline.

CCO’s Q2 2025 results are an improvement in several key areas, which is encouraging. With strong growth in digital and airport advertising, along with more national sales, CCO pointed in a slightly better direction.
