All Application Requirements

• The site proposal should be sent with a complete application providing all the information necessary for SignValue to locate the site and evaluate offers.
• A photo of the proposed site is included showing the land, adjacent roadway and sign location in the photo.
• A copy of a site plan or parcel map is also attached if available.
  
  Railroad Application Requirements

• The Application is accompanied by a Cross Section accurately depicting the proposed clearances and dimensions of the structure in relation to the rail corridor.
• Horizontal and vertical clearances are given from the pole as well as the actual sign face.
• Joint field visits with railroad personnel if any additional information to satisfy railroad’s requirements.
