Revenue Growth:

Total Revenue 2024: JCDecaux reported full-year revenue of €3,935.3 million, an increase of +10.2% year-over-year (approximately +9.7% on an organic basis).

Adjusted EBIT: 2024 EBIT reached €408.7 million, a +44.8% increase year-on-year. (This jump includes a one-time gain of €45 million from selling part of JCDecaux’s stake in APG|SGA.)

North America: +6.3%

United Kingdom: +21.7%

France: +9.5%

Rest of Europe: +9.3%

Asia-Pacific: +8.2%

Rest of the World: +10.3%

Operational Insights:

Segment Performance: All divisions delivered growth. Transport segment led with a double-digit revenue increase of +12.8% YoY. Street Furniture and Billboard revenues grew by +8.7% and +9.7% respectively, reflecting high single-digit expansion in those areas.

Digital Expansion: Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) revenue jumped +21.9% in 2024, now accounting for roughly 39% of JCDecaux’s total revenue. This rapid digital growth underscores the company’s focus on deploying digital screens and data-driven ad solutions across its global network.

Additional information: A planned acquisition of Clear Channel’s business in Spain (approx. €60 million deal) was terminated in late 2024 after a 14-month antitrust review. Regulatory conditions imposed by Spanish authorities led JCDecaux to withdraw from the deal, halting this attempted market consolidation.
