Key Highlights from Link Media’s Q3 2024 Report:

Link’s Q3 results show 5.6% revenue growth in their billboard operations with revenue continuing to outpace their site lease expense. Link Media is a part of conglomerate that includes broadband services and insurance offerings. Their billboard business is approximately 41% of their total company.

As of September 30, 2024, Link operates approximately 4,000 billboards with approximately 7,600 advertising faces equal to that of September 30, 2023.

Link Media is very disciplined in their approach to acquisitions as you can see with no acquisitions in the last twelve months and with a debt/cashflow ratio of around 1.6x. The industry sees debt/cashflow ratio of 4-5x as manageable and expected. However, the lack of acquisitions is not from the lack of trying. Our sources say that Link has reportedly made unsolicited offers in the last year. We expect Link to continue growing in spurts depending on their acquisitions in the future.
